Aden Chu - U Waterloo
Aden Chu, RCHK '22, came to visit and shared with students about his experience studying Engineering in Canada. Aden talked about his time at the University of Waterloo, his studies within the Faculty of Engineering there and what it means to study in a Co-op programme.

HKU and CUHK Brain Emergency Support Workshop (SPEAD)
The workshop aims at educating secondary school students on stroke, psychosis, eating disorders, Alzheimer's disease and major depressive disorder.
Lectures on the basic knowledge related to the etiology, symptoms, immediate supportive measures and treatment of the five conditions will be provided.
Participants will then participate in one of four experiential sessions: Mindfulness workshop, Music Therapy experience, Animal Assisted Therapy experience, and Life and Death workshop. Through providing personal experience of a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, the HKSAN hope this interactive workshop can provide a hands-on opportunity for participants to learn different well-known therapies targeted to improve mental wellbeing, as well as to acknowledge the importance of taking care of one's mental health .

Program Spotlights
Experiential Entrepreneurship: Collaborating in groups, students will develop a start-up from concept to a compelling pitch presented to a seasoned panel of entrepreneurs. Experiential Entrepreneurship is offered in Boston, Oakland, & London with each campus location providing a unique lens impacted by the local industries.
Game Design in Extended Reality: Students work in teams to design and launch an original XR video game as a culminating project. The Game Design program is offered in Boston & Oakland.
Building Healthier Communities through the Arts: Students will explore a wide range of arts and literary works that help illustrate and unpack issues and topics of social justice, health equity, and how the arts give community agency to promote well-being across the lifespan.
